Return & Refund Policy
To ensure a seamless return process, please note the following guidelines:
- Proof of Purchase: Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
- Return Window: Items can be returned for an exchange or store credit within 7 calendar days of delivery. Beyond this period up to 30 days, at our discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be provided after 7 days and will be charged the original free shipping charge.
- Condition of Returns: Items must be in new, unused, and unaltered condition, including all original packaging materials, to qualify for a return. They should not show any signs of wear or damage.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. Original free shipping costs will be charged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged item or one that you did not order, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

Store Credit: Eligibility for store credit will be determined after we inspect the returned item(s).

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to items returned that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. This does not apply to defective items or incorrect shipments.

Return Notification: You must inform us within 7 days if you intend to return any items. Returns sent back after this period without prior communication will not be eligible for a refund.

In every situation, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to us. We will only provide a return shipping label if the return is due to our error, including instances where shipping was initially free due to a promotional offer or similar circumstances. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds are issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, confirming it is in working and resalable condition. At that point, any applicable shipping fees and restocking charges will be subtracted from the refund total.
Specific Product Return Policies
- Spray Tanning Kits: Subject to our general return policy, with a 20% restocking fee and refund at market price.
- Spray Tanning Solutions and Cosmetics: Non-returnable and non-refundable due to the nature of the products.
- Overrun, Clearance Items, and Solutions: All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
- Equipment and Supplies: New, unused equipment may be returned within 7 days with a 25% restocking fee. Warranty returns must include the sales invoice and reason for return. Shipping costs for warranty returns are the purchaser's responsibility.
- Custom Orders: Non-refundable and non-returnable. This includes Booth Extraction Units, Solutions, Private Label, etc.
- Pop Up Spray Tan Tents: No returns or refunds, except for defective units, which may be replaced once within 30 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping costs of the replacement unit.

International Returns
- We do not accept international returns. Products and equipment sold outside North America are considered final sale. Warranties for equipment become void once the item leaves North America.
