Free Shipping Policy

Artesian Tan offers free shipping on most products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Free shipping applies to most orders, excluding disposables, spray tan machines, booths, and certain equipment requiring LTL shipments. Distribution items are also exempt.
  • Geographical Restrictions: Free shipping is available only for orders within the continental United States. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, including Canada and Mexico, are not eligible for free shipping.
  • Carrier Selection: Artesian Tan reserves the right to select the shipping carrier and service for orders qualifying for free shipping.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 2:00 P.M. ET for in-stock items will be shipped the same day.
  • Standard Shipping: Charges compensate for carrier-calculated rates, order handling, and related overheads. We strive to ship purchases within five business days of order receipt, unless otherwise notified.
  • Carrier Options: We ship via USPS and FedEx USPS, DHL, with specific services including but not limited to FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, Express Saver, and various overnight options. The selection of carrier and service level for free shipping orders is at our discretion.

Delivery and Shipping Options

  • Detailed delivery options and estimated shipping times for USPS and FedEx services are provided. Delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days, depending on the service selected.
  • Expedited Shipping: Customers in hot climates are recommended to choose an expedited shipping option to prevent product degradation due to heat.

Shipping to Alaska, U.S. Territories, and International Shipping

  • Orders to these locations are shipped via FedEx or USPS, with regular shipping and processing fees applied. Certain heavy or oversized items may not be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping Disclaimer

  • Artesian Tan is not responsible for damage to orders after they leave our warehouse, except where delivery signature confirmation and insurance are selected.
